 Tour duration: Daily 04:00 pm – 08:00 pm.

 Start at 4:00 pm. Arrive at your hotel lobby.

Pick up from the hotel and continue to Pha Lat temple, The small and peaceful temple which hides in the forest, before reaching the top of the hill to enjoy the beautiful view of the town below. Then visit Doi Suthep temple, the most beautiful and essential in Chiang Mai. As the locals say, “You’re not in Chiang Mai without seeing this temple.”

Walking up 306 steps to the temples or taking the funicular to the temple with the attitude at 1,100 ms above the sea level and see the Northern Thai dented corner golden pagoda, which contains the relic of the Lord Buddha. You are surrounded by the mural painting hall, which tells about the Lord Buddha’s story. Here you can also get a chance to get a holy blessing and wrist-tiding ceremony from the Buddhist monk. From the balcony, enjoy the panorama view of Chiang Mai City. Birds fly up in the sky and cool breath against your face. In the evening, there is a chance to witness the chanting process of the monks and novices who live in the temple. You can also see the locals in white dresses called “Brahman” who live there or even from many different places join

in this sacred process. The night view of the golden pagoda at night as well as the birds’ eyes view of the night of Chiang Mai city below would take your breath away.

  • Appropriate dress for the temples. (Pants or skirts below the knees. No tank top or spaghetti straps.)
